By using geddit.app, requesting a Geddit Address, or engaging with our pilot or partnership services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Geddit provides digital addressing services: structuring, verifying, and maintaining location records for residents, businesses, and institutions in Lesotho, and providing tools for partners to use those addresses for checkout, delivery, onboarding, routing, and related operations.

Features described on this website, including pilots, may be updated, changed, or discontinued as the service develops.

You are responsible for providing accurate location and contact information when requesting a Geddit Address or submitting a form. Inaccurate information may affect the reliability of the address record and any services built on it.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent location information, or to use Geddit to misrepresent a location.

You agree not to misuse our website, WhatsApp number, or forms, including by attempting to disrupt the service, submitting spam, or attempting to access data that does not belong to you.

Pilot conversations and requests submitted through this website are the start of a discussion, not a binding commitment from either party. Scope, pricing, and terms for any pilot or partnership will be confirmed separately in writing.

We aim to keep our address data accurate and our services available, but we do not guarantee that the website, WhatsApp channel, or address records will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Geddit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on an address record or from service interruptions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Lesotho.
